Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95):
    • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Free Shipping (Orders over $50):
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment

Note: We ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote regions. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs processing.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your performance footwear purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward returns process.

Eligibility

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Request must be made within 15 days of receiving your order
  • Items must be unused and in original condition
  • Original packaging, tags, and labels must be included
  • Shoes must show no signs of wear (indoor try-on only)

Hygiene Notice

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on sandals & slides that have been worn or tried on without socks. These items must be returned in absolutely pristine condition with all original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Items marked as “Final Sale” on the product page
  • Any footwear showing signs of wear or damage
  • Products without original packaging or tags

How to Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps:

  1. Contact us within 15 days at [email protected] with your order number and return details
  2. Wait for approval – We’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions within 1-2 business days
  3. Package your return – Securely pack the item(s) in the original box, then place inside a shipping box. Include a copy of your packing slip
  4. Ship your return – Send to our warehouse (address provided in RMA email) using a trackable service

Return Shipping Options

You may choose how to return your items:

  • Self-arranged return: You arrange and pay for return shipping (tracking recommended)
  • Prepaid return label (US customers only): $12.95 fee deducted from your refund

International Returns

For customers outside the United States:

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees
  • Mark package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional charges
  • Refunds issued in USD (subject to exchange rate fluctuations)

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 3-5 business days):

  • Refunds issued to original payment method
  • Exchanges shipped once we receive your return

Refund Timing

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days after processing
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing

Note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. For exchanges, we cover standard shipping for the replacement item.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange a free return and expedite your replacement or refund.
