At Style Sneaker Shop, we stand behind our performance footwear and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process.
Our Return Policy
You may return or exchange most items within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging
- Shoes must show no signs of wear (indoor try-on only)
- All original tags and labels must be attached
Important Note on Hygiene
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on sandals & slides that have been worn or tried on without socks. These items must be returned in absolutely pristine condition with all original packaging.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps:
- Contact our customer service within 15 days of receiving your order at [email protected] with your order number and details about the product you’d like to return or exchange.
- Wait for approval – We’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions within 1-2 business days.
- Package your return – Securely pack the item(s) in the original box, then place inside a shipping box. Include a copy of your packing slip or invoice.
- Ship your return – Send the package to our warehouse address (provided in your RMA email) using a trackable shipping service. We recommend keeping your shipping receipt until your refund is processed.

Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected (usually within 3-5 business days after we receive it), we’ll process your refund or exchange:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Exchanges will be shipped once we receive your return
Refund timing:
- Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days after processing
- PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing
Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll cover the cost of standard shipping for the replacement item.
Return Shipping Options
You may choose how to return your items:
- Self-arranged return: You arrange and pay for return shipping. We recommend using a trackable service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
- Prepaid return label (for US customers): For a $12.95 fee deducted from your refund, we can email you a prepaid return label.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange for a free return and expedite your replacement or refund.
Final Sale Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Items marked as “Final Sale” on the product page
- Any footwear showing signs of wear or damage
- Products without original packaging or tags
International Returns
For customers outside the United States:
- You are responsible for all return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees
- Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional customs charges
- Refunds will be issued in USD and may be subject to exchange rate fluctuations
